STORE POLICIES:

Our pieces are handmade with love and attention to detail. Each piece is unique and different from each other. Due to the nature of them being handmade you may come across some mild imperfections. Nonetheless all of our products go through quality control to ensure you receive quality items. Polymer clay is a durable material but can break if not well taken care of, but if your jewelry breaks 3 days after receiving your purchase we commit to remaking it for you (shipping included). 

SHIPPING:

All standard shipping takes typically 2-5 business days to deliver. We are not responsible for any shipment delays. Currently all orders are free using the code "FREE" with the exception of international orders. International shipping cost varies depending on location.

LIABILITY:

All jewelry may experience daily wear and tear. It is our customers responsibility to keep them stored in a safe location. Please report any damages upon receiving your item. We are not liable for any damages that may occur after the 3 day policy window.

CARE:

To clean your polymer clay piece just gently wipe with rubbing alcohol. 

REFUND / EXCHANGE:

Please read the description of every item before purchasing. All refunds are based on our company's discretion. Because we are not located at a physical store we are not able to process exchanges.
